Hungry Fitness understands that many children have a high interest in technology equipment like gaming and etc. As parents, we would like our children to be more active and healthy.
Hungry Fitness understands that fitness is not for every child. So we cover a broad spectrum of other activities such as football, basketball and boxing to help them to engage.
Most adults may think personal training for children is about taking them to the gym and lifting weights, but for kids, it’s about being active. We know that kids can get bored very easily so when we design a plan for your child we make sure we incorporate elements of games and sport skills, focusing on endurance, strength and flexibility.
By improving your child’s fitness the benefits include; strong bones and muscles, leaner bodies, less risk of becoming overweight, reduced risk of getting type 2 diabetes, lowering blood pressure and cholesterol levels, better sleep, better enabling them to handle physical and emotional challenges.
Hungry Fitness also does group training for kids and classes such as boot camp, HIIT and boxercise. Kids working out together is great as it brings more fun amongst themselves.
REMOTE kids PERSONAL TRAINING
Remote training can be effective for those who like to be trained through technology. Remote training could be very effective for you and your child.
Remote training has the benefit of getting everything done practically through an app.
All it takes is for you to download the app that we use and we can get you started.
Remote training will entail live sessions with Hungry Fitness which means, it’s almost like having your personal trainer in person.
Live sessions are great, as we can guide your child in performing the exercise correctly and effectively. Your child won’t be left alone, Hungry Fitness is with them every step of the way.
Nutrition is the biggest part of it all. A lot of us don’t understand how much nutrition counts towards a kids fitness goal. When you come on board with us we will create your child a personalised diet plan. Diet plans are important as we have to be sure of how much food and liquids your child is consuming.
A diet plan creates a structure. It is very important that you keep on top of your child diet as it is known that diet is the main aspect of accomplishing results.
Diet plans can do many things for your child. But one of its key purposes is to eat healthy and nutritiously.
Hungry Fitness will personalise your child a bespoke diet plan. We will assess the diet plan every 6 weeks. We do so because we may have to tweak and change certain things in your child diet to accomplish the results you want for them.
We will evaluate and have meetings. This might be over the telephone or in person.
This is great as it helps you to understand your child’s progression and the results they are achieving.
Hungry Fitness does evaluation processes every 4 to 6 weeks subject to what you are trying to achieve.
