Guys I’m going to be telling you the reason why it is better to work out in the mornings as opposed to any other time of the day. If you’re trying to lose body fat, when you work out in the morning your body burns into stored fat.

This is very ideal for weight loss as your bodies hormonal composition is set out to achieve this goal. Working out on an empty stomach means that you are creating a hormonal profile that predisposes you to a better metabolism of fat.

In the mornings we know our body is depleted. We know this because our water is low. The reason why our water is low is because when we sleep at night we process water. The fact that we process water for the functions of our respiratory system makes us more slimmer in the morning.

Research shows working out in the morning makes you burn more fat as your body is eating into the reserve fat store for the purpose of accessing fuel. Taking the above into account, we now know a good work out has a big impact on you reducing fat percentage.
